Course will provide training on Troubleshooting the Triple Play, Return Path Analysis and Testing the Throughput speeds. We will discuss hos the latest technology trends, WiFi and subscriber self-installations are placing even greater importance on proper troubleshooting techniques. Class will include best practice procedures for testing documenting and certifying home installations.
