The SCTE Broadband Premises Technician (BPT) v2.0 certification describes the knowledge of an experienced field technician who will install and troubleshoot telecommunications services (data, video, and voice) at the customer’s premises. The successful certification candidate has the knowledge to install and service most “triple-play” installations.
The Broadband Premises Technician (BPT) v2.0 certification is one of three stand-alone Broadband Premises Specialist certifications. Content includes “the how” of the telecommunications installation and service.
BPT Certification Study Resources
