Badger State Chapter Vendor Day and Golf Outing will be May22ndReception May 21stSchedule:Tuesday - May 21st 3:00to 8:00 p.m. – Setup/Networking 4:00to 10:00 p.m. – Cocktails 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. – Appetizers Wednesday - May 22nd 8:00to Noon – Vendor Exhibits 11:45a.m. to 1:00 – Lunch 1:00to 6:00 – Golf 6:00 till 7:30 p.m. Dinner& Awards. Fees and Sponsorship Details:ExhibitRegistration - $300/company Exhibit registrationincludes many hours of networking, one 6' table, Tuesday night reception &appetizers, Wednesday morning continental breakfast, and lunch all for 1company attendee. This fee also applies to any vendor attending and not wantingto display as well. Golf - $60.00/personGolf will be on Wednesdayimmediately after lunch at the Cold Water Canyon Golf Course just across thestreet. Golf is not included in your registration and you will be required toregister for it separately. Your golf fee includes, 18 holes with cart, anddinner after the event. You may also choose to purchase a foursome to entertainclients. Please email all names as soon as you know who you are golfing with. MiscellaneousFees: $85 - Non-member Fee: Ifattending member is not an SCTE member, this additional fee will apply. $100 - Late Fee: Registrationmust be in 2 weeks prior to the event date or this fee will apply. This feeis to accommodate the last minute changes that will be required. $0 - Electric Hook-up: Thereis no charge for electric, but if you do not choose it, you will not beguaranteed access & availability. $75 - AdditionalAttendee: This fee is for each additional attendee attending from, ordisplaying with your company. This fee includes opening night reception,breakfast & lunch, does not include golf. $75 - Additional Table: Additional feerequired for each additional table you need. If your booth takes up more spacethan a normal 6' table, you will be required to purchase additional space. Sponsorships: $500 - Gold Sponsor: Includes;Your logo on the beverage cart during golf, as well as your logo on therefreshments & appetizers during Tuesday night's event, exposure on allevent mailing, website display, signs around the convention hall, &announcements throughout the day. $300 - Silver Sponsor: Includes;social media display, signs around the convention hall & announcementsthroughout the day. $200 - Bronze Sponsor: Includes;Signs around the convention hall. $100 - Golf Hole Sponsor: You companyname will be placed on a sign at one of the 18 holes.
