He will talk about how machine learning is the foundation for the latest Comcast products in both the entertainment and digital home domains, and the current effort on virtual assistants for customer service with predictive and proactive problem resolutions. He will also go into details into the algorithmic approaches that enable the Comcast X1 voice remote to understand more than 3.5B+ commands in the first half of 2018.
