The Data Analytics Essentials course teaches learners the fundamental tools of a data analyst. Attendees will learn to transform, organize, and visualize data with spreadsheet tools such as Excel. You will also learn how to query data from a relational database using SQL and how to improve your data presentations using powerful business intelligence tools like Tableau. By the end of the course, they will have an analytics portfolio complete with an analysis of popular datasets, showcasing their skills in Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
Requirements for Successful Course Completion:
Course module quizzes and final exam scores of a 70% or greater
Format
Online, Self-Paced Scheduled: This course is expected to take 12 weeks to complete online, about 4 hours per week.
In-person, Boot Camp: As an onsite boot camp, the length is 3 day supplemented with online content. Learners view online interactive materials and complete learning activities at a time that is convenient for the learner.
