Event Description – This is live learning workshop is intended for the new hire Field Technicians. This 16-hour workshop covered over two days will cover RF meter usage fundaments, Video, HSD, phone residential troubleshooting, CPE diagnostics and customer experience. Workshop is lead but industry professionals to help guide new hire Field Technicians through some of the daily situations they will encounter. The workshop is designed to be interactive with hands on demonstrations for the participants coupled with peer mentoring.
