This panel discussion featuring SCTE Hall of Famers Dick Beard and Tom Jokerst will provide insight into what it takes to have a lifelong career in this industry from their perspective as they share their personal experiences, and the role SCTE has played in their success.. This will be a great session for anyone aspiring to take that next step in leadership, as well as new individuals wondering if hard work, dedication, and the right attitude is enough to elevate them to that next level. Joining Tom and Dick will be Hunter, MBA and current VP of Network Operations for Charter Communications, and Dennis Russell, Plant Superintendent for Madison Communications adding how the SCTE has helped jump start their careers. Dennis Brown, Director Engineering, Education will also be on hand to highlight the benefits of joining SCTE. Moderating this discussion will be Len Schwartz, VP of Network Operations for Madison Communications.
