Made possible through a joint effort of the The WICT Network, SCTE and Cablefax.

Purpose:

Created in 1995 to recognize and honor leading women technology professionals, the annual Women in Technology Award acknowledges the achievements of one woman who has demonstrated outstanding personal and professional growth and significantly contributed to the cable telecommunications industry. In this way, the award also helps to create greater visibility for all women in technical careers.

Megan Dover exemplifies the qualities of leadership, insight, excellence, and dedication that elevates our industry. During her 20+ years at Cox Communications, Megan has served in a variety of Marketing and Product roles across the Residential and Commercial businesses. She now leads the Cox Business Product teams focused on product strategy, development and management. In her role, she ensures customers have the best experience throughout their full journey as customers of Cox. Megan’s commitment to excellence is evident in her leadership and collaborative work ethic. She is a mentor to many, and I’m thrilled that I’m here today to celebrate Megan’s achievements and industry impact.
