High Plains Chapter Vendor Day

Please mark your calendars and plan to join us for our 8th Annual Vendor day for the High Plains Chapter in Dodge City KS.
We will have in attendance technicians, supervisors, managers and directors of the various cable and telco operators in our area.

The Vendor Day will be an all-day event with open access to vendor exhibits as no fees are being charged for attendees.
Exhibitors Preregistrations are encouraged by May 19, 2021. A late fee may be added for registrations received after this date to accommodate the costs of additional booth set ups by hotel staff.

Masks must be worn at all times, unless in designated areas for eating and drinking with social distancing. If you do not feel well, please do not attend. 

NOTE: To register as a sponsor, click Register Myself on the right sidebar then add the sponsorship(s) you wish to purchase. Registrations cannot be modified on the website once checkout is complete.

Sponsorships for Breakfast, Lunch or Reception include your company name and logo presented in prominent areas for the duration of the event, printed on handouts of the vendor area floor layout and displayed by projector during the exhibit floor hours. In addition, a framed certificate is provided for display on your tabletop in recognition of your support.

Registration

To register for an event, you must log into the website or create a profile. You don’t need to be a member but you must have an account in the system prior to registering. Once you have logged in, the page will show you the prices as well as a “register myself” button. You must click on the “Register Myself” button before you can select any of the registration options. If you do not make a selection from the options, you will not be registered for this event.

Complete the registration by clicking on the shopping cart in the upper right corner of the website header and then select Proceed to Checkout and enter payment info. You will receive a confirmation email. Registrations cannot be modified via the website once complete. Registrations using a Purchase Order are not permitted and will be cancelled. Credit card transactions only on this site.
