Music City Chapter Vendor Day, Cable-tec Games and Golf

Music City Chapter Vendor Day will be on November 16thLocation:Northside Church of Christ1375 Old Hickory BlvdNashvilleSchedule: Vendor Set up will begin at 7am with the doors opening at 8am. Lunch will be at noon and awards for winners at 1pm. Vendor Registration Rates:$250 for Vendors with $50 for additional tables and $25 per additional Rep.Lunch Sponsorship will be $100 for Vendor Day and/or $100 for the Golf Outing and will include a recognition sign. Golf Outing will be held on November 17. Location:The Windtree Golf Course810 Nonaville RdMt Juliet., TN Shotgun start at 8:30am. We have package rates for vendors sponsoring both events or individual packages: Vendor Registration:Gold Sponsorship for both events: $500 for both events includes a table at Vendor Day plus Green Fees and boxed lunch for 4 players with Hole Sponsor Recognition.Silver Sponsorship for Golf Only : $250 includes sponsorship for a Foursome with Green Fees and a boxed lunch for 4 players and Hole Sponsor Recognition.Bronze Sponsorship for Golf Only: $100 for a single player includes Green Fees and a boxed lunch.Golf Hole Sponsorship is available for $50. Additional Sponsorships Available:Gift cards for $50 each for the for following prizes :2 Closest to the Hole $50 each2 Longest Drive $50 each, one will be for Men and one for Women Dixon Golf will also be on site handing out golf balls and a chance to win some great prizes if you get a hole in one on the determined Par 3 Hole. Door Prize Items such as Logo Balls, Hats, or just a Gift Card would be greatly appreciated.
