He rose through the technical organization to positions of Plant Manager and Chief Engineer. Eric was eventually the Director of Operations for a small MSO in the upper-Midwest. In the mid-90’s Eric joined a small company that produced a system to automate the design of cable systems. Later Eric would join Acterna, a maker of test and measurement solutions, currently known as Viavi Solutions. At Acterna/JDSU/Viavi has been involved with many products and currently is a Solutions Consultant for their Video monitoring products.
