SCTE Member of the Year Nomination Form

Purpose:

To identify and recognize the SCTE member who has made the most significant contributions to the Society through active participation in its programs and efforts during the past year.

Eligibility:

Active SCTE membership.

Selection Criteria:

The award subcommittee will select recipients based upon the nominees’ personal efforts at the global, national and/or local level that have furthered the success of the Society during the last year.

Recognition:

The recipient will be formally recognized at TechExpo, in SCTE Interval and on the website at account.scte.org.
